But it will be open, even though it was never really closed to begin with, since ships were kinda going through it, and it will take months to get it back to normal, even if it is not really closed. Bc historically, Trump has been a man of his word and can be trusted once a deal has been reached, playing 10-dimensional chess. That's why he is very upset with Australia and the Pope.
